We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Aftersales Territory Manager. This role is required to identify and develop service and parts sales opportunities with existing and new accounts. As an Aftersales Territory Manager, it is critical that you utilise your expertise to provide innovative technical and commercial solutions which fit customer needs. This is a permanent, full time role and is based in Landsdale.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Participate in the roll out of the new telemetry program for all new and existing product in the field
- Engage with key accounts to offer aftersales service plans using data made available from the telemetry program
- Develop and provide service solutions for specific customers
- Capture opportunities in CRM to ensure the opportunities are managed through parts demand forecasting
- Support technical and commercial contract negotiations during tender activities
- Develop appropriate relationships with customers and key accounts with the objective to increase overall market share
- Liaise with capital sales, service, engineering, and logistics departments to ensure collaboration of all internal stakeholders
- Ensure appropriate order handling of products, systems, IP and services
What you must have:
- Proven experience in parts and service sales to a regional customer base
- Ability to upsell service contracts and develop new business opportunities
- Possess excellent interpersonal presentation and communicational skills
- Well-developed planning and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
- Sound understanding of mechanical systems and service applications
- Proficient with Microsoft computer packages
- Ability to correctly interpret documents such as service and operating manuals
