A toast to reaching new heights! The LSH Lifestyle Centre, which features the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the southern hemisphere, opened its doors to the general public in August 2019. The development stands over an entire river-front block and across its five levels will set the future direction of premium automotive retail in Australia. In addition to Mercedes-Benz dealership in Brisbane, the striking five-story, water-facing, glass-fronted building will offer unique dining and function options, including a creek-front promenade café and a roof-top restaurant and bar that will allow 180-degree views of Brisbane and its surroundings.

When this project landed on our lap, we were ecstatic! The client, LSH Property Australia, requested a custom-built generator to be fitted within the top floor of this new complex. Our P330-3 canopy was the preferred option, including a custom built self-bunded diesel fuel tank with 795L capacity, that gives a 24-hour runtime based on a 40% load.
Our work also encompassed supplying and installing the air and exhaust duct from the generator room to penetrate though the roof, as well as a weatherproof hood with vermin proofing.
This project posed its challenges as the project lead time was tight. There was minimal leg room for delays, so our team had to ensure our processes were seamless. The unit was completed, shipped and installed in a timely manner with a custom air discharge duct fitted on schedule.
The end result? An impressive five-storey building that has multiple showrooms, a staff training centre, concierge service, luxury lifestyle brands, shops, cafes and even a rooftop restaurant – that won’t stop!
A fun fact about the complex? The dealership features three green walls, where more than 14,000 plants are set and electronically watered.
