Wyndham Council were recently looking for new lighting towers to be installed on their landfill site. Being one of the largest landfills in Victoria, this was an amazing opportunity for us, however, this also posed the challenge of having our lighting towers exposed to severe wind conditions.
Wyndham Council approached the Allight team in early 2019 to deliver and install Urban MLLED140K-9 towers. It was imperative that the towers were easy to use, seamless to install and could endure harsh weather and wind conditions.
Allight sent over a demo tower for the client to test and evaluate the efficiency. There were other competitors who were contending to secure the tender with Wyndham Council. After deliberating, we came out on top! We were chosen for our ease of use, stability in high winds and our ability to deliver in efficient timing.
